Our standard range consists of:
1. Manual RF-welders with an output 1-3,5 kW with pedal/pneumatic operation of the press.
2. Shuttle RF-welders with 2 automatic sliding trays with 4,5 kW, 8 kW and up to 12 kW generators and platen sizes up to 715x1150 mm.
3. RF automatic in-line machines type 50M/100M, with 4,5 kW, 8 kW and up to 12 kW generators with platens up to 500x700 mm and can be equipped with slitting, hot foil printing and automatic stripping.

1. P3500-55L.
This single press 3,5 RF welder has a baseplate of 500x800 mm, a fast anti-flash unit and electrically operated power control. The operator first closes the press using the foot pedal/toggle systems, then the preumatic pressure up to 480 kg automatically applies.

2. Automatic tray machine type P8000-200S.

This RF-machine has become a "bestseller" because it is second to none if the demand is for a fast and accurate production of binders, covers, files, advertising articles, covers, etc. made from PVC, PU and other RF-weldable materials. Furthermore the machine is suitable for the production of special items.

The machine is equipped with double automatic trays which are secured against collision by the electric system. The speed of the trays going into the press is steplessly adjustable and at the end of the cycles, the trays return at full speed.
The press is of a very stable construction with a heavy air cylinder in the middle. There are two columns guided by four no-grease bushes and there are depth-of-sink controls with a 1/10 mm graduation to allow a very accurate setting of the bottom position. The press gives a very fine welding impression due to the fact that the trays are lowered and lifted by built-in cylinders. The machine is - in its standard version - supplied with trays with a working area of xxxx (platen size xxxx) but may also be delivered with smaller trays with a working area of 560 x 750 mm (electrode platen is 500 x 700 mm) or the larger 200SP version which can be delivered with trays of 800 x 1200 mm (electrode platen 715 x 1150 mm). In addition either an 8 kW or 12 kW generator may be fitted. More technical information on request.

Weldan Auto type P3000-50M.

Weldan's RF AUTO type 50M is second to none when it comes to fast and flexible production of all kinds of folders, pockets, cases, calendars, etc.

The pneumatic welding press is of bridge construction giving a very stable welding. The welding takes place on a continuous barrier, which - combined with a very accurate step motor index-in system - gives a first class product. The automatic take-off and stripping unit removes the waste from the welded items and drop them onto an automatically moving conveyor-belt in pre-determined numbers, ready for packing.

All units are on a modular system, and in addition to the hot foil blocking station on the photo, the machine may be equipped with in-line knives as well as various punching tools.

Normally the machine is supplied with our standard 4,5 kW generator, but it can also be fitted with an 8 kW generator if required.
